Podere i Prati is a panoramic farmhouse in Val d’Orcia, surrounded by nature and tranquility. The house is managed with care for the environment, water, and energy use, offering a simple yet refined experience for those who appreciate slow and respectful tourism. The 350 sqm farmhouse accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. There are 3 bathrooms in the sleeping area and 1 guest bathroom in the living area. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is next to the living room, featuring a table for 12 and a relaxation area with fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. The living room opens onto a large panoramic terrace with a barbecue. Guests have access to a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Cots and high chairs are available for children. Outside, there is a large garden and a swimming pool with panoramic views and sunsets over Val d’Orcia.
